This summer we will be having our Strength and Conditioning Program for ALL incoming 7th - 12th grade boys and 8th – 12th grade girls. This program will run 8 weeks and will include strength training, plyometrics, agility training, and speed development. The camp will run Monday through Thursday, starting June 8th. The camp will be held at the Shallowater HS Facility. Incoming 9th-12th grade boys will train from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Incoming 7th and 8th grade boys will train from 9:00 a.m. – 10 a.m. Incoming 7th – 12th grade girls will train from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 am. The camp will be organized and instructed by the Shallowater Coaching Staff. We had solid developments in our overall strength and speed this past summer and expect the same again! It is a crucial time for all of our athletes, especially this summer with the setback we have encountered due to the COVID Virus. We hope that you will encourage your son and/or daughter to sign up and work hard throughout this summer. We will strictly follow all of the guidelines set by the UIL regarding social distancing and will make sure that your child is monitored and evaluated each day.
